Shipping Policy

Our store includes two types of products, fulfilled differently:

Apparel (tees, tanks, hoodies, sweatshirts, track pants) — custom printed and made to order, shipped to you
Studio stock items (e.g. grip spray) — held in stock at Avion and available for pickup only

Please check which category your item falls into before checkout, as this affects how and when you'll receive it.

Where We Ship

We currently ship apparel within Australia only.

Processing & Delivery Times

Every apparel item is made to order — nothing is pre-made or held in stock. Once you place your order, it goes straight into production, so please allow:

Production time: your item is printed and prepared for dispatch
Delivery time: your item is shipped to you once production is complete

Standard orders typically arrive within 10–18 business days from the date of purchase, accounting for both production and shipping. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or public holidays, and some products may have longer production times than others — check the individual product listing for its specific turnaround time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order — the more you order, the more accurately your shipping cost reflects what it actually takes to get it to you. You'll see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because every apparel item is custom printed specifically for your order, we're unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your size, colour, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you are unsure about the fit or style of an item, please visit our admin team to try on some sample sizes that are available in the studio BEFORE purchasing.

Studio Stock Items — Pickup Only

Items such as grip spray are held in stock at Avion Aerial Circus School and are not shipped. These items are available for pickup from the studio only.

Once you've placed your order, please allow us time to prepare it for collection — we'll notify you when it's ready to pick up. Bring your order confirmation or be ready to provide your order number when collecting.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your shipped apparel order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with us at info@avionaerialschool.com.au with your order number, and we'll help track it down.

We aren't responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier once your order has been dispatched on time, but we're always happy to help chase things up on your behalf.
